Hopefully GW will follow up with more FAQ articles. I don't yet play WoTR, but the idea of being able to auto hit despite rolling 1's thanks to certain bonuses sounds broken to me.

Black Númenórean Regiments and Morgul Knight
Regiments may be selected as part of a Mordor army.
Both count as Rare formations, just as they do in the
Fallen Realms army list, unless you include the Dark
Marshal, in which case they become Common
formations.

So what, he doesn't have to be the leader now?

Hi guys and girls! *they happily wave back and make funny faces that make me laugh...

enough with the fun, on with the game-face. I'm an Isengard/Uruk-hai gamer, and with a lot of reading done in the book it left me with a few questions:

1. Lurtz's Mighty Blow special rule, this rule states that if declared, his company (not formation, standard like the use of Fight stats) will cause a casualty regardless of their resilience.

- How does this work on monster? Because if it would work on them, it would be really, really, really be strong, because they instantly die? (3x strong is overpowered?) If it doesn't work like that, should it be like this: "Lurtz can choose to expend 1 Might point at the start of any Fight phase. If he does so, the enemies resilience is reduced to 1 for the rest of the phase."

2. Ugluk's Raiders carry shields with them, but it doesn't have the 4(6) notation in it's defense statistics. They have the same equipment as Mauhur's Marauders, but they did gain the +2 defense bonus because of their shields.

As far as i can see that's it for Isengard...

1. A casualty against monsters is a single roll on the appropriate form of the hard to kill table.
2.Yeah, there are quite a few "errors" like that, but unless they have been fixed in the FAQ, that's how they are meant to be.
