Dwalin and Oin

Dwalin has his two axes on his back, but can't use them. :( I think he should have a rule like Elladan and Elrohir that he can opt to use two axes instead, thus acquiring piercing strike, and possibly an extra attack?

1 minute in. Oin should be given whirl. Definitely

I don't know, I think Dwalin is fine. If he however only had 2 attacks, that rule would've made a lot of sense.

By the way speaking of Oin and Balin as well, arn't dwarves supposed to become better fighters with age? They should at least have 2 Attacks in my opinion. I get that Ori has a single attack. How much of a price increase would Oin and Balin get for the extra attack, 5 or 10 pts?

I agree here. Dwalin has three attacks already which is how many Elrohir and Elladan get when they use both swords to attack.

Well if he had the Elladan and Elrohir rule, he wouldn't be able to use the three attacks on the charge because if I remember right it was stated in the rulebook, or in a FAQ that it only applies on foot I believe, but I could be wrong of course!

I think Battle Companies values attacks at 10 points, for heroes.

He can use piercing strike, he just doesn't get the +1 to wound along with it. It can be beneficial against Defense 6 or 8 enemies (as long as you're VERY confident of winning the fight), slightly increasing the chances of wounding.

I see, cheers. Piercing strike is good for him as he already has a pretty high strength so he could do some real damage...

It is ten points for an extra attack, but they're supposed to be supporting heroes so don't need them imho. Nori maybethough as he has spent a long time hunting in the wild...
