I'm sure that's fine, as long is it's not like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDWgtB_MD24

The one on the left will be used as Murin (the sword was taken from a WoMT), and will be used for my entry in the competition. Although I still need to paint him :)

Well, I've never joined one of these competitions before, so I'm not entirely sure how it works, but anyway... here's my entry:

Except the guy in the pale green hood, as I haven't converted him, but the others all are.

From left to right we have: a warrior with added nasal protection, and a newly sculpted left hand to hold the shield. He's also got a weapon swap, it's a crossbowman originally.

A Khazad Guard with a shield removed, the left arm resculpted and a longer haft to the axe.

An Iron Guard with the left arm resculpted, he used to have a shield.

*ignore Mr Green Hood*

A Khazad Guard with a new nasal/eye protection on the helmet, as well as some added definition to the left boot.

Just throwing this in here for show. Anyone who knows my work, knows that I try to get the most out of each sprue. So;
WIP = took 1 dead easterling from Kataphracts sprue, banner with arm/hand removed, Shield, Sword hand from spare arm, Armour plates from same arm (put on left arm of dead guy), and head from Easterling Warriors box since I didn't want to use the high flare helm on this model. Greenstuff to repair (still needs a bit more work there).

Sword hand pinned on to replace the open handed one the dead guy had.
Armour plates placed on left arm instead of sculpting them.
Banner pinned through shield on base to hold it stable.
Foot of warrior pinned to base.

hope to finish painting this on Sunday or Monday.
