You bumped it once after a day, and once after two days when it's top of the forum anyway?

Stop it. If people are interested, they'll comment when they see it, there is NO point bumping when it's top of the forum.

I would be interested in this. I can't post a link to my example (the site in question has been down all day) but 40konline.com has a board for roleplaying. It's rather fun. I would be definately up for a similar system to it.

Yeah, it looks quite fun, only problem is that this is a lotr forum so if we do this there will be alot of people saying "Argh this is non-canon!!!"

Maybe we could do a "fellowship" Rp, nine of us are the fellowship (not necessarily the original fellowship) and they can shape the journey of the ringbearer how they feel it should have gone (passing through the gap of rohan instead of moria, sending someone to get gondor reinforcements for helms deep etc etc) It would require alot of work though :P However i feel this sorta ting may work better on OR..

btw the title of this topic is a bit misleading ( i don't know how...)

If you do that and someone complains about it being non-canon... tell them to shut the hell up
The big problem about these games is that for this to work you can't have too many participants (or the one running it will lose track of who's who) and you need to have a somewhat stable team throughout the game

I started an RP on OR: http://www.one-ring.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=21581

It's based on a group leaving erebor to go warn Bilbo that the enemy are looking for him, feel free to join in :)

Here is what I had in mind. http://www.40konline.com/community/index.php?board=84.0 It is it's own little section of the website where we run games. (Im the Nightwalker by the way.)

I'd be interested in participating in a TLA RPG depending on the theme and the RPG system used.

Decipher have a good LotR system, although I don't actually own the rule book for it, or D&D works quite well for any generic fantasy setting if you impose a few limits on character races etc.
