About Celebrian
Celebrian is a character that GW included in the Legions of Middle Earth, but never provided a profile for.

Celebrían was an Elf-lady of Lothlórien, the daughter of Celeborn and Galadriel. As the wife of Elrond, she was also known as Lady of Rivendell. She was the mother of Arwen and the twins Elrohir and Elladan.

She was waylaid by Orcs in the Redhorn Pass of the Misty Mountains, captured and tormented, receiving a poisoned wound. Her sons rescued her and she was physically healed by Elrond, but she never fully recovered in mind or spirit, and no longer wished to stay in Middle-earth. She left for the Grey Havens and passed over the Great Sea the following year.

About this profile
This profile is one of the few female characters promised by LOME. The profile is a thematic blend of the mother, Galadriel, and the daughter, Arwen. She has Galadriel's spells, but a stat line more similar to Arwen's.
Comparing this profile to Arwen, she has an extra Might and 3 Will.
To compensate for this, she has 1 lower courage and a negative special rule (both thematic to her story), no horse option and weaker spells than Nature's Wrath (one of the game's most powerful). She costs 70 compared to Arwen's 60.

Tell me where is Celebrian?
For I would much desire to speak with her.

And maybe take her out for a drink some time

Was Celebrain in Legions I thought it was Celebrimbor that was hinted at in Legions (the one who forged the rings)? Not Celebrain. ANyway....

Elrond's daughter.... I like the Idea.... The rule snot so much.

She's doing a bit too much everything I think and that's what scares me. What scares me more is I would take her in my army over Gildor. And Gildor is one of my favorite models in the game.

My Problem is her influence. She's just too potent in too many areas. she's like a Jill-of-all-trades but with no time limit on her powers.

My problem here is her reserves. She just has too much 2 might and 6 will points will last a long time. This coupled with her combat abilities means she can influence the game at every point in the game.

So I think you can approach this in one of two ways.

Option 1: Reduce her Attacks to 1 and her Defense to 3. What this option will do is shy her away from combat making her more of a support mage caster.

F...... S D A W C M W F
6/3+ 3 3 1 2 5 2 6 2

Or option 2: Reduced her Might Will and Fate all by one to 1/5/1. What this in a scenes does means her ability to run and use combat mechanics and spells take down an opponent more limited.

F...... S D A W C M W F
6/3+ 3 4 2 2 5 1 5 1

My ideas on this model come from using Gildor alot. Gildor is really versatile, he has immobilize to lock down targets speed to catch them and combat stats to take them out. But his resources are limited so his ability to out pace and take down foes is directly linked to his Heroic stats. Gildor's stats are 1/4/1 Celebrain ares 2/6/2. She lasts WAY to long for what she does. I think a direction on her stats is what is inclined either option is still good, but not overpowered like she is now.

Thanks for the feedback. As mentioned the original was based on Arwen and Gladariel, but now comparing her to Gildor I agree she would make an existing model less of a competitive choice, so she will have to change.
Specialising her toward a support caster would be the better of the options.

The result is minus 1 defence, minus 1 attack (she still has 2 fate, but accompanied by a negative rule)
F.... S D A W C M W F
6/3+ 3 3 1 2 5 2 6 2

An excellent support caster, with thematic flaws.

She's way way way to good for her point's I'd say when compared to Arwen.
3 extra will, 1 extra might and 1 extra fate with three good spells of which one is top level (blinding light).
You would never take Cirdan with this profile around (compare the two they are similar profiles).
I would recommend increasing her points again.

Also as a High Elf player, Celebrimbor would be my most desired high elf profile

I could see the the justification of a points Incresse to 75. but 5 points isn't to much give or take.

In comparison to Arwen I don't think that Celebrain will steal her daughters thunder.

Arwen has 2 major things going for her still. Shes a cheap Natures Wrath and she can take a horse. 2 things that Celebrain does not have and two things that are incredibly deadly if use correctly.

I think Arwen is still viable even with this current profile in the mix.

Thank you for taking the time to bring my Mother back to Middle Earth.
I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone.

Points cost left as is, but Fate reduced to 1 (so that her negative rule has a greater impact, and because 1 is the more appropriate number for a character who fell/left). I think that should hit the middle well enough to make you consider Celebrian without making Arwen any less of a good choice.
